12 Jun A Sneak Peek at the New ‘Kettlebells For Beginners’ Kettlebell Training DVD

Here it is…

A project I’ve been working on for MONTHS!  Literally.

There was a lot of “behind the scenes” work to make this happen and it’s finally ready for primetime.

I’m very excited.

Honestly, it’s taken way too long, but the final product really came out awesome.

Here’s a “video teaser” of some clips in the 60 minute instructional training DVD.

In this video clip, you’ll see myself and fitness professional, Sarah Grace.  

Sarah was a huge help in this project and was a great participant in demonstrating the key drills in getting started with kettlebells.

Why is this product unique?

It’s a total focus and pure instruction on the 3 most important kettlebell exercises:

  • the kettlebell swing
  • the turkish get up
  • and the goblet squat

These 3 exercises are the foundation for amazing results and for having the proper foundation in kettlebell training.

    Hey Scott,

    That trailer looks fantastic! Really nice work. Is this going to be mainly an instructional video on the techniques of the exercises or do you also have workouts on it too?

      Hey Jonathan. Great question. Yes, it is purely an instructional video. However, there are a couple of ‘workouts’ listed in the video. Also, I’m putting together a workout guide that I’ll provide as soon as I complete it. I’ll be e-mailing that and other things out soon.
