WEEKEND SPEED-SKILLS (CLINICS FOR YOUTH ATHLETES)

These speed training clinics are for youth field athletes (*Middle School & High School). These 90-minute clinics are focused on teaching the mechanics for speed performance and also training to minimize risk for injury, specifically ACL prevention.
Speed, agility, injury prevention techniques and training are covered with expert instruction from a certified speed coach, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and former physical therapist. Clinics offered once (or more) per month in Parkland.
There's nothing else like this, so register your athlete!
$35.00 per clinic. *Limited to ONLY 6 participants.

Kettlebell Training For Athletes is small group training that focuses on teaching athletes proper techniques and programming applications with kettlebells. Kettlebells are one of the most effective training tools for any athlete. Sadly, they are underutilized. This group coaching experience will serve motivated athletes who are looking for a training edge to become stronger and more explosive.
