20 Aug Dr. Spencer Nadolsky on Bodybuilding, CrossFit, Nutrition, and Supplements

(#80) Dr. Spencer Nadolsky is not your typical physician. He’s the medical editor of Examine.com and a licensed practicing board certified family medicine physician.

He’s also an athlete with a very unique background in various sports, as you’ll hear about in this week’s show.
