In this video, you will see how to perform a “naked” or unweighted Turkish Get Up. This exercise and the kettlebell swing are two of the most powerful and effective total body exercises you can do, period.
This is a nice, clean demonstration of what it looks like with no weight. The exercise all about movement and transitioning safely through the sequence. Once you have the movement down, then add a weight to it, you’ll see just how much of an effective total body exercise this is.
The Turkish Get Up may be one of the most “complete” exercises ever developed.
