Hey there, it’s Scott.

If you’ve landed on this page, you’re probably looking for the details about how I coach local students.

Here’s how I work.

WHERE?

Coaching sessions are done locally in Parkland. We will meet at a local park (Pine Trails Park) in Parkland or at my Garage Gym.

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Coaching sessions are 1 hour in duration and are one-on-one immersive coaching and learning experiences.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?

Frequency of coaching sessions are typically once per week. These are truly “coaching” sessions where you will be practicing and implementing the drills and techniques I teach you.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

The first session is a lot of assessment and evaluation to understand how well you move and what your skill set is.

After that, we will work strategically and progressively each session to work towards your goals.

You will walk away from each and every training session with new skills and incredible knowledge gained.

WHAT IS THE COST?

I work to make this very reasonable, considering you will learn an enormous amount during our time.

The cost is $75 for the first session, then $50 per session thereafter.

(If you’d like to pre-pay for the first 6 sessions, the cost is $300.)

Cash or Venmo is preferred for payment and is due at the conclusion of each training session.
