THE ONLY SPEED TRAINING SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR SERIOUS LACROSSE ATHLETES
As a girls lacrosse coach and parent of two lacrosse players, it’s frustrating to discover that high-quality speed and agility training options are limited for these athletes.
True speed training teaches the technical aspects of speed, improves strength, and provides specific feedback to the athlete to improve performance.
We don’t just run, we run with purposeful feedback and we incorporate intelligent training session design.
This is why I created Lax Speed.
Lax Speed is personalized and progressive speed training – specifically for lacrosse athletes.
You won’t find this type of training anywhere else because it’s simply not available, even with new training facilities popping up.
I teach to empower the athletes – so they understand how to become faster and be more explosive on the field.
You can’t teach speed, right?
That’s an unfortunate myth and outdated thinking.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING (Upon Request)
Each session is an immersive learning experience and progressive training session for the individual athlete.
After the FIRST baseline assessment session, we focus our training on the FIVE PILLARS of my approach.
1-SPEED (*there are many components of speed)
3-FOOTWORK (& True Agility)
4-“GAME SPEED” (& Conditioning)
5-INJURY PREVENTION STRATEGIES (including strength) ACL prevention is a major part of this programming.
To provide the highest quality coaching experience, I limit the number of athletes I work with at any given time.
My goal is to empower each athlete, regardless of age and experience, with the knowledge and skills they need to perform at their best on the field and for the long-term.
This training is personally taught and developed by certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified speed coach, and USA lacrosse level 2 certified coach, Scott Iardella.
I’m also a former sports medicine orthopedic physical therapist, so my approach is rooted in human anatomy and biomechanics – to minimize risk for injury and maximize performance.
*Proudly, an ALTIS-trained Speed Coach.

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
These one-hour training sessions will be jam-packed with specific drills, progressions, and techniques to improve performance on the field – when it matters most.
Every single session is carefully planned and designed to improve results.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
(ONE) Individual one-hour one-on-one sessions are $45
(SIX) 6 one-hour sessions (including the 1st baseline assessment session) are $240
(TWELVE) 12 one-hour sessions are $420
You may pay in cash at the conclusion of each session or Venmo me.
WHERE IS THE TRAINING?
It depends on the time we train. Right now, I have 2 field locations I use in Parkland, Florida.
WHEN ARE TRAINING SESSIONS?
My availability is early morning or later afternoon/early evening.
We will work out days/times that work for both of us.
I recommend 2x per week sessions to maximize results from the training, however, once per week still provide benefits for the athletes.
