Great interview! I am reading this book and I think it is very important. This message needs to be spread far and wide! It has the potential to make a huge difference in many, many people’s lives. The way we typically age in the Western world, becoming gradually ever=weaker and sicker (to an extreme) is not normal. We need people who can tell us why, and how to step off of the conveyor belt to hell that is the “sick aging phenotype.” Thank you. I hope you have Dr. Sullivan back for more.

I just finished listening to this podcast. It was great! So many valuable take-aways…
I ordered the book just now. I can’t wait to read it.
I lift now and have definitely gotten stronger in the past year (I’m 60). This book is going to motivate me keep at it.
The additional commentary on the sad state of medicine in the US and the emphasis on taking responsibility for one’s own health were spot on, too.

    Thank you!
