For the latest in cutting edge sports nutrition, go to SportsNutritionSociety.org. Also, to get the latest in evidence based clinical data in sports nutrition, go to JISSN.com. This is a phenomenal free resource for clinical data (if you’re a science nerd like I am).
The book we mentioned on protein was “Dietary Protein and Resistance Exericise” by Lonnie Lowery and Jose Antonio. This is essentially a textbook on the topic of protein, for a deep understanding of the clinical data. I have no doubt it’s outstanding, based on other books I’ve read by Dr. Antonio, which is why I asked about it.
