Hey there, my name is Scott Iardella.

I’m a lifter, a coach, and a former physical therapist with a unique perspective on health and fitness that has evolved over years of experience.

This website is for you if you want to become the BEST and STRONGEST version of yourself or you want to help those you work with – regardless of age, gender, or experience. 

In addition to being the creator of Rdella Training®, I’m also the author of the book, The Edge of Strength.

This is a journey, my friend.

You just have to decide whether you’re going to sit in the stands – or get in the game.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a newbie to the strength game or an advanced lifter or athlete.

Even though I’m someone who’s been training for over 30 years now, in so many ways, I’m still just beginning.

That’s because I’m always a student first and I’m always evolving myself – as an athlete and a coach.

Instead, I focus on the strength skills listed below.

These methods are built on the foundations of human movement and the qualities of strength.

I’ve experienced increased strength, power, performance, muscle building, fat loss, mobility and flexibility, high levels of health and energy, and no injuries – through these methods.

Once again, it’s about training stronger, smarter, and better OVER THE LONG TERM.
