05 Aug Kettlebell Workout: The ‘Power 5’ Kettlebell Complex

Here’s a simple, single kettlebell complex for total body strength and conditioning.

It’s a wicked, but simple complex that includes 5 of the fundamental kettlebell exercises:

  • swings
  • snatches
  • cleans
  • front squats
  • presses

Move through each exercise, without rest, with an appropriate sized kettlebell for your skill level.

The goal would be to complete 2 to 5 rounds of this complex, depending on your specific goals and conditioning level.

Hey Scott, great kettlebell routine! This is in keeping with Mark Reifkind’s sentiment below. Keep the videos coming!!

“Six basic exercises: swings, get-ups, cleans, presses, snatches, squats. What could be simpler? And what could be harder when done with the optimal form, loads and intensities?” Mark Reifkind

      Thanks Joseph!
Yep, keeping it simple is one of the keys.
And, great stuff from Rif, as always!
Appreciate the feedback and much more video on the way!
